PC Bundle - Terms and Conditions

• This Package is for Broadband & Phone package of 1Mbps, 2Mbps and 4Mbps.
• Applicable for all TM existing and new customer(s).
• Upon subscription to this Package, customer is required to make the following Upfront Payment,  either by credit card or in cash, within 30 days upon Broadband & Phone Service activation date:-

• The Pre-payment fee is non refundable.
• The device will be delivered within 14 calendar days upon full Upfront Payment made at any of the selected TMpoint. If customer is not contactable within 30 working days after the full Upfront Payment made, TM shall not be responsible and liable for the same including for the unavailability of the device.
• The Contract Period of this Package is either 12 months or 24 months.
• Customer is eligible to buy only one device at the discounted price per account subscribed.
• Device availability is while stock last.
• Unless the manufacturer of the device stated otherwise, the Warranty Period of the device is 12 months. For further details, it is advisable for the customer to refer to the specific terms and conditions imposed by the manufacturer on the respective device.
• If the customer appoints a representative to choose any of the devices offered and to sign the Device Confirmation Form on his behalf, the representative must produce an Authorization Letter confirming such appointment during the transaction at TMpoint.
• The easy payment facility is only for Maybank Credit Card holders.
• The maximum term allowed for the easy payment facility is 12 months.
• Easy payment is only applicable for the device(s) offered at the rate of RM1,000-00 or more.
• Delivery of the device in Sabah and Sarawak will be charged RM90-00 only.
